Principal rules of Reservation & Occupation
1. Advance reservation starts 4 months prior to the date of occupation.

2. 100% of the total room rent should be deposited for firm reservation,

3. Reservation will stand automatically cancelled if the party fails to occupy 
the room within 5 hours from the scheduled check out time (12 noon)

4. Booking is not transferable.

5.a) At the time of cancellation, money is refundable after realisation of cancellation fee 
as per rules on production of the Receipt to the issuing office.
b) Cancellation rules for Tourist Lodges
0% deductions on the amount paid as advance 
i) More than clear 15 (fifteen) days-20%. 
ii) Between clear 07 Seven) days & clear 15(fifteen) days-40%. 
iii) Between clear 04 (Four) days & clear 07 (Seven) -80%. 
iv) Less than 03 (Three) days, No refund.

6. Children above 8 years of age are to be charged extra.

7. Foods are served to the Dining Hall which remains open from 6-00 a.m. to 10 p.m.

8. All payments are to be made in cash and credit card.

9. No cancellation granted on the date of arrival.

10. Shortening of stay and forfeiture of advance.
a) if any tourist shortens the duration of his/her proposed stay, 
the advance paid for the unoccupied period will not be adjusted.
b) No refund will be admissible for not show.
11.25% offload for single occupency in D/B room.
