ANNOUNCEMENTS

TIMING FOR CHILDREN
At present, children (above 8 years of age) are allowed in the
Centenary Hall, South Verandah, and the Dining Room on
Thursdays and Sundays. Based on repeated requests from
members, the Committee has extended this facility for children
(above 8 years of age} to all other days except Fridays, till
6:30 p.m.
On Thursdays & Sundays children (above 8 years of age) will
continue to be allowed in the evening as per the present practice.

REVISION OF RATE OF COZY CORNER
With effect from September 1, 2009 the Cozy Corner will be
available for booking from the reception and the charges for
booking will be as under :-
o For First 2 hours Rs.Z50/-
o For every additional hour or part there of Rs. 50/-
The Food & Beverage charges will be as per the given rate of the
service areas. Without reservation the Cozy Corner will not be
available for use.

SMART CARD
Smart Cards are ready for delivery. Members who have not yet
taken delivery are requested to collect their Cards from the
Office between 12 Noon to 2 P.M. and 4 P.M. to 8 P.M.
except Sundays and Holidays.

RESTRICTION ON USING CELL PHONE
Members are once again requested not to use Cellular Phones
except on the Ground Floor South Verandah and
on the First Floor South Verandah

DRESS CODE
Members are requested to adhere to the
Club's Dress Code which is as follows:

For male Members/guests/children, the following
are not permitted in the precincts of the Club :
• Kurta with Pyjama of any kind
• Kurta with Trousers of any kind
• Shirts with Dhoti
• T-Shirts without collar except for tennis
• Shorts except for tennis and in Men's Dressing Room
• Jeans, Sneaker
• Open chappals except with Dhoti
• Shirts without being buttoned up

Members are required to observe the Club's dress regulations at
all times. They are also required to ensure that their guests abide
by these regulations as well.

CAR PARKING

CLUB MAGAZINE "THE ELITE"
Articles are invited from members of the Club and their families for
the Club magazine "The Elite" to be published towards the end of
the present year. The proposed volume will consist of contributions
relating to members' professional life and experiences, anecdotes
and reminiscences pertaining to them, and also experiences
concerning the performing arts, theatre, film, music, dance
and so on.

Contributions, neatly typewritten, should reach the CEO of the Club
by the 15th of November, 2009.

GLOSSARY

Attendance
Members, their wives, member's unmarried daughters above 18 and sons between 18 and 21.

Car Parking
• Members are requested not to park their cars inside the Club and leave the club premises.
• Cars are not allowed to be parked inside the Club without a 'Club Sticker.
• Chauffeur-driven cars will not be allowed to be parked inside the Club on Sunday mornings,
   and on other days after 6 P.M. in the Winter Season, i.e. from October to March.

TARIFF FOR DIFFERENT BANQUET FACILITIES

SPORTS COMPLEX:
Hall only: Rs. 20.000/- for 4 hours and
Rs. 2000/- for each additional hour.
Rs. 40.000/- for whole day (9.00 AM to 11.00 PM).
Hall with raised Lawn: Rs. 30.000/- for 4 hours and
Rs. 3.000/­ for each additional hour.
Rs. 60.000/- for whole day (9.00 AM to 11.00PM).

MEN'S BAR EXTENSION:
Rs. 5.000/- for 4 hours and
Rs. 1.500/- for each additional hour, subject to
maximum of Rs. 5.000/- for 4 additional booking hours.

CRYSTAL ROOM:
Rs. 3.000/- for 4 hours and
Rs. 1.000/- for each additional hour, subject to
maximum of Rs. 3.000/- for 4 additional booking hours.

REGAL ROOM:
Rs. 1.200/- for 4 hours and
Rs. 400/- for each additional hour, subject to
maximum of Rs. 1.200/- for 4 additional booking hours.

COZY CORNER
With effect from September 1, 2009 the Cozy Corner will be

Rs. 400/- for each additional hour, subject to
maximum of Rs. 1.000/- for 4 additional booking hours.

CONFERENCE ROOM:
Big:
Rs. 3.000/- for 4 hours.
Additional Rs. 1.000/- per hour. Maximum Rs. 6.000/- for 8 hours.

Small:
1.500/- for 4 hours.
Additional Rs. 600/- per hour. Maximum Rs. 3.000/- for 8 hours.

RESIDENTIAL ROOM:
Rs. 1,350/- with Breakfast for Members per day.
Rs. 1,810/- ­with Breakfast for Reciprocal Members per day.
Rs. 1.800/- + Rs. 300/- (for Temporary Membership) with Breakfast per day for Member's Guest.
